In-network provider with AmeriHealth New Jersey, 
and Aetna. If you have not previously received lactation care for this baby, you should have coverage, but may be responsible for a copay or coinsurance. 

Depending on your plan, you may need a referral.

When booking through The Lactation Network, TLN will work with your insurance to approve at least six lactation visits, prenatal visits included. TLN will bill your insurance, with no out of pocket cost to you.  TLN works with the following:

​

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

  • Anthem PPO

  • VA CCN

  • PNOA (logo on card)

  • Multiplan (logo on card)

  • Veterans Affairs Community Care Network
    (VA CCN)

  • UnitedHealthcare (home visits only, no 
    Telehealth coverage)

I provide care to families through Wildflower Health, which is currently accepting Cigna Insurance, covering up to six visits with no copay or coinsurance. Prenatal appointments are also included!

Self Pay

Home Visits

  • Initial Consult: $250 (parent/baby), $300 (parent/twins)

  • Follow-up: $225

  • Prenatal Consult: $250

 

Telehealth

  • Initial Consult: $200

  • Follow-up: $175

  • Prenatal Consult: $175

Please check with your insurance company regarding lactation coverage. A superbill will be provided to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. For more information, please see below. 

Insurance Reimbursement

Most insurance companies are required to cover breastfeeding equipment and supplies, such as a breast pump, and prenatal and postnatal lactation support and care.
